From December 8th to 10th, 2022, the 19th AIO Autumn Congress “Update Medical Oncology” will again take place in a hybrid format. As in previous years, the congress is all about clinical research work in the field of solid tumors and translational research. The content of the AIO Autumn Congress is designed by the working and study groups of the Working Group on Internal Oncology in the German Cancer Society (AIO). He mainly deals with the scientific update and the advancement of the AIO study activities. The format of the AIO Autumn Congress with its working and study group sessions, symposia and discussion rounds has proven its worth. This is made clear not least by the increasing number of participants and an extensive accompanying industrial exhibition.
