What will you do?

In this initial session together, we’ll build your familiarity with basic camera controls and settings so you’re comfortable shooting in Manual mode. Once you’re comfortable shooting in Manual mode, we’ll work on basic composition techniques and understanding light. Whether you’re interested in street photography, travel photography, portraits, landscapes, or wildlife photography, this small group workshop will cover the fundamentals that are critical for making great photos in all those specialties.

What do you get?

Small group and 1-on-1 time with a skilled and passionate instructor to make sure leave the workshop knowing more than when you came in and, hopefully, feeling inspired to go out and take some photos.

You’ll also get a spiral bound copy of my 50 page Photography Basics Guide, which is the basis of this class, that will be a reference both in and out of class, with plenty of information on gear, exposure, compensation, and more.
