12TH ANNUAL MERRICK GROUP CLASSIC VALLEY COUNTRY CLUB, Sugarloaf

This letter is to invite you to join us for our annual golf tournament at Valley Country Club, which we anticipate to be a great time, great people and certainly benefits an excellent cause. All proceeds from the tournament will be donated to The Helping Hands Society.

The Helping Hands Society operates on contributions, fundraising projects, and efforts of volunteer groups by way of special events. Last year’s tournament raised over $30,000 with your generous support!!!

Helping Hands is a local non-profit organization serving special needs children and their families by providing educational and therapeutic services. From birth to school-age children, their programs are designed to offer each student a unique and enriching experience. The Helping Hands Society also provides preschool and toddler classes, academic tutoring, and parent counseling.

Helping Hands Society FundraiserThe Merrick Group Classic is planned to add funds to the Helping Hands Society. We fully intend on the event being successful and most importantly fun! The entry fee includes lunch, the tournament round, beverages on the course, and after the tournament, dinner buffet, cocktail hour, plenty of prizes, and entertainment.

There will be prizes, raffles, and games throughout the day. If your budget would allow, we would greatly appreciate sponsorship or donation of any level to help the kids!

We truly hope you can make the event, play some golf and most of all have some fun while helping a very worthy cause.
