The 16th International Conference on Power and Energy Systems (ICPES 2026) will be held in Xi’an, China from December 4 to 6, 2026. It is hosted by Xi’an University of Technology, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC) and IEEE, and undertaken by the International Science and Technology Innovation Center for Simulation Technology.
