The Pan African Literacy for All (PALFA), previously known as Pan-African Reading for All (PARFA), is the leading, most popular and highly interactive literacy podium in Africa. PALFA conferences are held biannually and hosted by African countries on rotational basis. Over the years, the PALFA platform has grown in scope and consequence; bringing together government agencies and institutions, researchers, educators, publishers, librarians, international development workers and donor agencies from across the globe to interface and collaborate on literacy development for Africa.
The 12th PALFA Conference will be hosted by Zambia. Therefore, it is with great pleasure that the Literacy Association of Zambia (LAZ), under the auspices of the Ministry of General Education is privileged to organize Africa’s most prestigious literacy conference which is coming to Zambia for the first time!
