2026 the 16th International Conference on Communication and Network Security, will be held in Harbin, China during December 19-21, 2026, sponsored by Heilongjiang University, China; hosted by School of Electronic Engineering, Heilongjiang University, China. It’s the 16th year of ICCNS conference, but it will witness the development of the field in communication and network security.
