The theme for this year's conference is "Future-Ready Learners: Reimagining Education and E-Learning for a Dynamic World". The conference is supported by Otsuma Women's University (Japan)\, and Tokyo Healthcare University (Japan). Its patrons include the Polytechnic Institute of Cávado and Ave (Portugal)\, Yamagata University (Japan)\, and the University of Malaya (Malaysia).
